FOR RUNNERS

Running plans with the rest of the week attached.

Plan running sessions, compare completed work, and keep recovery, strength, walking, and other training visible around the run.

Current statusRunning is supported by the Pitwall domain and demo design. Real planning, import, matching, and progress data are still in development for the closed beta.

01

Give every run a reason

A running plan becomes easier to follow when the athlete can see why a session exists. Duration, distance, and training purpose provide enough structure for many weekly decisions without requiring an exhaustive set of performance fields.

Pitwall is designed to keep easy runs, longer efforts, intervals, recovery, strength, and walking in one weekly view. That context matters when a single completed run looks better or worse than expected.

02

Compare the completed run with care

When official provider access is available, a completed run can be matched with the planned session. Pitwall can then show understandable differences in time and distance while preserving the original target.

  • A longer run is not automatically a better run.
  • A missed target should not erase the completed effort.
  • An unplanned run should remain visible without being forced into the wrong session.
03

Make the next choice explicit

A difficult session may justify changing what comes next, but Pitwall is not designed to make that change silently. The athlete reviews the old and proposed targets before accepting an adjustment.

Training and health decisions that involve pain, illness, injury, or clinical advice remain outside the product boundary and should be discussed with an appropriate professional.
